About the Firm
Fractional AI Advisors is a Saint Louis-based AI advisory firm that embeds executive-level AI leadership into organizations that need it without the cost of a full-time hire.
We work with small and mid-size businesses, higher education institutions, and professional services firms that are navigating AI adoption and need a clear strategy, solid governance, and a trusted partner to help them build it right.
What makes us different from a typical AI consulting firm: we're practitioners first. We use AI to run our own operations, which means every recommendation we make is backed by real implementation experience, not vendor relationships or theoretical frameworks.

Our Mission
Most organizations have access to the same AI tools. The ones succeeding aren't using better technology. They have a clear strategy, defined governance, and leadership that understands how to make decisions with AI, not just around it. That's what we help you build.
Strategy first
AI should serve your business goals, not the other way around. We start every engagement by understanding where you're going before we talk about tools.
Governance as a feature
Organizations with clear AI governance move faster because decisions get made with confidence. We build governance structures that enable action, not bureaucracy.
We only recommend what we've used. Every framework, tool, and approach we bring to your organization has been tested in real operating conditions first.
Core Values
These aren't words on a wall. They're the standards we hold ourselves to in every engagement, every recommendation, and every conversation.
We tell you what AI can do, what it can't, and what it probably shouldn't. No overpromising. No hiding behind jargon. If something isn't the right fit, we'll say so.
You'll never wonder where things stand. We keep stakeholders informed, surface issues early, and make sure every recommendation comes with the context needed to act on it.
AI is genuinely complex. Our job is to cut through the noise and give you a clear, actionable picture of what matters for your specific situation. No unnecessary complexity.
Deliverables are only worth something if they get used. We design every engagement around real, measurable outcomes and make sure your team has what it needs to execute after we're done.
Founder and Fractional Chief AI Officer
I help organizations build AI strategies that actually work. Not just frameworks on paper. Real systems grounded in operational experience, with governance structures your team can actually use.
I founded Fractional AI Advisors because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations were making expensive AI decisions based on vendor pitches, conference keynotes, and consultants who had never actually deployed anything. Leadership was left with a stack of recommendations and no clear path forward.
What separates me from most AI consultants is simple. I use AI to run my own business every day. From operations and content to client delivery and reporting, AI isn't a subject I study in theory. It's how I work. When I sit down with your organization, every recommendation comes from live experience, not a framework I read about.
I've worked with small businesses, professional services firms, and higher education institutions across the country, helping them move from scattered AI experimentation to structured, governed, and scalable AI capability. My approach is always the same: start with visibility, build toward strategy, and make sure governance is in place before scale.
I hold an MBA with a focus in Digital Marketing from Saint Louis University, and I stay current on AI governance standards, risk frameworks, and responsible AI principles so you don't have to.
